In this role you will provide support to the Back End of Line group by carrying out reliable and timely
execution of experiments in the areas of cathode deposition. Using modelling software, you will
execute experiments to explore dependence of Light Emitting Polymer (LEP) device performance on
device structure.
Fabricating devices using spin-coating, vacuum deposition and encapsulation techniques, you will
work with the Back End of Line Engineers to integrate novel outcoupling architectures. Your role will
include testing devices using a range of electrical and optical techniques, reflectivity and goniometric
emission profiling and device results will be analysed and reported using in-house software and
Excel. In addition, you will be required to produce and deliver presentations to internal and external
meetings.
You will ideally have a degree in Materials Sciences, Physics or Engineering plus experience of
working in a laboratory and/or clean room environment. Previous knowledge of working with vacuum
processing equipment would be preferred as would experience of microscopy and other thin film
metrology.
With exceptional interpersonal skills, you must be able to work on your own initiative and have good
organisational skills and strong attention to detail. You should be able to prioritise effectively and
work unsupervised for long periods without losing touch with the aims of the team. In addition, you
will have an aptitude for proactively solving technical problems, whilst knowing when to seek expert
assistance and will be able to react quickly and appropriately to changing priorities and unexpected
demands.
With strong computer literacy, you should be familiar with Microsoft Office products, especially Word,
Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of statistical software packages would also be beneficial.

Main activities:
Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the General counsel and assist with legal support activities such as preparing basic contracts and legal documents and gathering various documentation and information as requested.
Coordinating signature, exchange, scanning and storage of legal agreements
Issuing and processing standard non disclosure agreements on behalf of the company as directed by the General Counsel
Maintenance of the legal database and creation of new records
Maintain an accurate and up to date filing and reference system for all signed, original legal agreements and be able to source documents in response to appropriate requests
To provide supplemental support to the Intellectual Property Department as and when required
